Rehoboth Beach
The City of Rehoboth Beach offers a mile long boardwalk and
great beaches close to shops, amusements and restaurants.
Cape Henlopen
Located near Lewes, Delaware, Cape Henlopen State Park offers
nature trails, tennis courts, recreation areas, and pristine
beaches for swimming, surfing and fishing.
Delaware Seashore
Located south of Dewey Beach, Delaware Seashore State Park has a
completely renovated world class marina providing direct access
to the fishing grounds of the Atlantic Ocean. The park also
offers camping, cottages, and beaches away from the summer
crowds.

Beebe Medical
Center
Located in Lewes, DE, six miles north of Rehoboth, the Center
offers an array of inpatient, out patient, emergency, and
diagnostic services. The 158 licensed-bed, not-for-profit
seaside community hospital specializes in cardiovascular,
oncology, women’s health, and orthopedics.

Cape
Henlopen School District
The Cape Henlopen School District is located along the beautiful
and scenic shoreline of southern Delaware. The eastern most
boundary of our district borders the Atlantic Ocean and the
Delaware Bay. Nine schools reside within the towns of Lewes,
Milton, and Rehoboth.
The
Jefferson School
Providing students from pre-K through eighth grade a quality
education. Located 20 minutes west of the Atlantic Ocean on 43
beautiful, wooded acres just outside Georgetown, the county seat
of Sussex County in southern Delaware.
Post Secondary
In Georgetown, DE College accredited and continuing educational
classes are offered by three institutions all on a single
campus, Wilmington College, the
University of
Delaware and Delaware Technical and College.
Airports
Salisbury-Ocean City-Wicomico Regional
The only airport offering commercial service on the Eastern
Shore is located 45 minutes south off of National Route 50. U.S.
Airways offers non-stop service to National Airport in
Washington D.C., and Philadelphia International.
Sussex County Airport
Located in the County seat and owned by Sussex County, this
local airport offers runways for private planes and smaller
