While working in marketing in the computer industry, Mitch saw first hand the dramatic rise of the software industry. Over the past twenty years, he developed successful marketing strategies for such companies as Netscape, Sybase and Aether Systems. Mitch graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing and he received a fellowship to George Washington University where he earned his M.B.A. As your REALTOR® Mitch has over 20 years in the marketing field and has the technological ability to stay on top of this fast paced market. Mitch has the intrinsic ability to get homes noticed.

Mitch and his partner own and operate Rehoboth Beach’s only health food store, Rainbow Earth Foods. Acutely aware of fitness and health, Mitch relishes the calm of living at the beach. He loves to travel, but loves coming home to Rehoboth and its relaxed community and pace of life.

Serving the Shore since '74 First entering the real estate profession in 1974, Pat Campbell-White has built a career based upon personal service and attention to detail. Having served in numerous leadership positions in the National Association of REALTORS® (Regional Vice-President 1995), the Delaware Association of REALTORS® (President 1990), and Sussex County Association of REALTORS® (President, 1985), Pat has traveled nationwide teaching subjects such as, Professional Standards, New Member Orientation, Leadership Training, Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity for REALTORS®. In her NAR position as Legislative Liaison and Public Policy/Legislative Chair for NAR (1991-1996), Pat provided testimony to numerous Congressional committees in both the House and the Senate on issues such as Coastal Barriers, Wetlands, and Flood Insurance.

Pat achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2001 within 33 months of joining the RE/MAX organization. She is continually listed in the top 1% of RE/MAX agents nationwide, placing 3rd in the State of Delaware for Gross Commissions earned in her first full year with the company (2000). She now leads a TEAM of experienced, dedicated professionals who ranked as the 5th placed Gross Commissions TEAM in the State of Delaware for 2004.

Her greatest avocation has been over twenty (20) years dedicated to the preservation and restoration of Delaware's Inland Bays, being the watershed encompassing Rehoboth Bay, Indian River Bay and Little Assawoman Bay and the Assawoman Canal. Initially appointed in 1983 by Governor Pete duPont, Pat's commitment to the environment of Eastern Sussex County is an on-going effort, currently serving as Vice-Chairman of the Center for the Inland Bays. For efforts with the Inland Bays program, she has received recognition from the Take Pride in American National Awards Program.

She holds five professional designations from classes she has taken in her 30 + years of real estate: ABR = Accredited Buyer Representative CRB = Certified Brokerage Manager CRS = Certified Residential Specialist GRI = Graduate, REALTORS Institute SRES = Senior Real Estate Specialist The specialty education offered by all those courses have provided a foundation of satisfied customers and clients over the past three decades. In her spare time, Pat and her husband, Don White, enjoy boating, snow skiing, their five grown children and thirteen grandchildren!
